RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Order Cancellations:
- Please note that once an order is paid and confirmed, it cannot be canceled. This applies to both UAE and International orders. We encourage customers to double-check their order value before proceeding with the payment.
- Cash on delivery orders can be cancelled within 3 hours from the time of purchase. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
RETURN/REFUND :
- Returns are only applicable on UAE orders within three days from date of delivery. After 3 days we will not be able to initiate any returns.
- All GCC or International orders are considered final sales and are not eligible for Returns/Exchanges.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, email us at hijabtiofficial@gmail.com. Please send a photo of the damaged item or wrong item if applicable. You have 48 hours from when you receive the package to inform us about the defective or incorrect items. After 48 hours, we will not be able to replace the items.
- For Return, please email hijabtiofficial@gmail.com with the subject 'RETURN' and include your order number, name, the item you want to return.
- Refunds for COD payments will be issued via bank transfer only.
- Return is not applicable for discounted/sale items.
- NO return/refund for items purchased during any sales/offers (when any discount code is applied at checkout).
- Please NOTE that customers are responsible for the shipping cost in returning the items.
- Return shipping fee is applicable and is to be confirmed with our customer care team.
- Return only applies for hijabs; it doesn’t apply for hijab accessories for hygiene reasons.
EXCHANGE :
- Timing: we have a three-day Exchange Policy since the day the item was received.
- To be eligible for an exchange, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- NO exchange for items purchased during any sales/offers (when any discount code is applied at checkout).
- For exchange, please email hijabtiofficial@gmail.com with the subject 'EXCHANGE' and include your order number, name, the item you want to exchange, and the replacement item you would prefer in place of the exchanged item.
- Our customer care agent will provide you with instructions and arrange the exchange.
- Please NOTE that customers are responsible for the shipping cost in returning the items and the shipping cost of new things which are to be delivered.
- Exchange shipping fee is applicable and is to be confirmed with our customer care team.
